Shipping policy

The Original Hoffman MiniLift ships via Central Transport (CTS), originating from Newark, NJ 07114 to the delivery address provided by the you, the client and buyer. 

Standard freight rates do apply. All Original MiniLift orders ship palletized and ready for use; all orders ship non-stacked as well. 

Coding for commercial facilities &/or the availability of a fork truck at the delivery address point have been calculated and are reflected in published shipping rates.

Residential delivery address points with no access to a a fork truck at the delivery address point are subject to additional shipping costs per CTS freight coding.

Shipping 
To return an AUTHORIZED return, you should arrange for freight shipping to: 55 East Bigelow Street, Newark NJ 07114, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
